Where I've played

The work behind the numbers.

Four problems, how each one was actually solved, and what came out of it.

Users acquired on an AI social app

CHALLENGE No brand, no distribution, and two platforms already holding the audience's attention.

  • Partnered with Internet Computer Protocol community hubs in Nigeria, Indonesia and Vietnam
  • Ran performance marketing feature by feature, one feature per audience segment
  • Offline college events and creator meetups for users who arrived through someone they trusted
  • Judged every channel on 30-day activity, never day-one installs

02 · PRODUCT & RETENTION
60%+

Retention improvement, up from 8–10%

CHALLENGE A mandatory login was stopping people before they saw anything, so most never got far enough to come back.

  • Removed the mandatory login and put people straight into the app screen
  • Daily emoji tournaments with Bitcoin for the winners
  • Free chats with AI friends, so there was a reason to open it again
  • Beta programmes with 700+ people in India and 100+ in Dubai, run by a team of 8 students I hired and trained

Creators, founders and investors hosted

CHALLENGE Organising meetups with fifty Instagram followers and no audience to announce to.

  • Invited every creator personally for the first few events
  • Asked for nothing in return: no deliverables, no posts owed
  • Ten events across India and Dubai, hosted most of them on the mic

Unique creators featured on the podcast

CHALLENGE A saturated market where every show platforms the same success stories.

  • Picked creators with unusual journeys, including people who started on Twitter in 2014
  • Traced what building an audience actually cost them, not the highlight reel
  • Compared what monetisation looked like in 2015 against now
  • Owned venue, guest list, scripting, recording, thumbnails and going live

How I work, end to end

From ideation to execution, at speed.

I have run every department that touches growth: user research, product input, acquisition and retention, community, content, performance marketing, PR and the team that delivers it.

01 · RESEARCH

Leading the testing programme

Beta programmes across India with more than 700 people and Dubai with over 100, run by a team of 8 students I hired and trained, plus feature-level feedback collected at college events while people used the product in front of me.

02 · PRODUCT

Turning feedback into shipped changes

What we learn in testing goes to engineering as specific changes rather than general notes. I rebuilt onboarding so new users reach something useful before any technical language, and took the AI Influencers feature from idea through design and analytics to launch.

03 · DATA

Building the measurement layer

A full funnel of user behaviour in Metabase, Mixpanel and Google Play Console: app opens, home page views, videos watched, average watch duration, messages sent, and where people drop at each step, with cohort views and retention curves on top.

04 · MARKET

Taking it out and keeping it alive

Positioning, launch, performance marketing, offline events, creator feedback, organic reach and the podcast. Rather than measuring channels on installs, we track who is still active thirty days later, which is what tells us where the budget belongs.

AI tools & agents

The stack I actually work in.

I use AI to move faster, make better decisions, and cut repetitive work, while staying close to the strategy and execution layer. My strength is learning tools and applying them where they improve outcomes.

Notion

10/10

My default for planning, execution, tracking, team alignment, and documentation.

Content creation agents

9/10

Research, brainstorming, copy drafts, campaign ideas, and content refinement. Claude agentic workflows build content-creation teams, and Claude Design produces Instagram carousels.

  • Perplexity
  • Canva

AI video creation

9/10

Campaign video built end to end with AI: concepts, avatars, and motion, produced in days instead of a full shoot cycle.

  • Veo 3
  • HeyGen
  • Higgsfield
  • Google Flow
  • Canva

Sites & landing pages

8/10

Building and shipping landing pages myself, from positioning and copy through to a live URL, without waiting on a design or dev queue.

Make.com

8/10

Automations for PR outreach, angel-investor outreach, and social media publishing via JSON.

Performance & analytics

8/10

Product analytics, retention analysis, experiment tracking, paid campaign performance, and attribution across the funnel.

  • Metabase
  • Mixpanel
  • Meta Ads

An outreach agent I built in Make.com

A live scenario that researches, writes, verifies, and sends personalised outreach on a 90-minute loop, then logs every result back to the sheet. No mail-merge templates, no manual list cleaning. The same system runs PR outreach, angel investor reachouts, and social media ideation.

Make.com scenario connecting Google Sheets, OpenAI, JSON parsing, ZeroBounce validation, a router, Gmail, and Google Sheets logging
Make.com scenario · Google Sheets → OpenAI → JSON → ZeroBounce → Router → Gmail / Sheets
  1. 01
    Trigger

Google Sheets pulls fresh leads every 90 minutes, with name, email, and company.

  2. 02
    Personalise

Each row goes to OpenAI, which drafts outreach written for that specific lead rather than a generic template.

  3. 03
    Structure

The response is parsed from raw text into clean fields: subject line, body, and recipient.

  4. 04
    Validate

ZeroBounce checks the address is real and deliverable before anything sends, protecting sender reputation.

  5. 05
    Route & log

Valid addresses receive the email via Gmail and get marked as sent. Invalid ones are flagged in the sheet and skipped on future runs.

What I bring to the table

The value I deliver from day one.

Early-stage companies need a partner who operates at their pace and takes complete ownership of outcomes. That is the standard I hold my work to.

⚡

Rapid execution

Strategy translates into shipped work within days. Sustained velocity is what separates winning startups from the rest.

🧳

On-ground and remote

Present onsite for launches, events, and productions, and fully operational across time zones for everything else.

🌱

Continuous learning

I adopt emerging AI tools, platforms, and formats as they launch, so your growth stack stays ahead of the market.

🤝

Accountable to outcomes

Recommendations are the starting point, not the deliverable. I stay responsible for execution and results.

Working together

How an engagement typically runs.

I work as an embedded GTM partner, not a vendor with a fixed package, so scope is set around your stage and goals.

01

Diagnose

A focused review of your positioning, funnel, and current GTM motion to find where growth is actually leaking.

02

Build

Messaging, launch plans, content, and campaigns get built and shipped, drawing on whichever arenas fit your stage: online, on stage, or on air.

03

Run & hand over

I own execution on a weekly cadence, then document the playbooks so your team can keep running it without me.

Engagements are typically 6 to 12 months, scoped after an initial call.
